We won back in 2003, and it'd be great to be singled out among the finest publications once again.  Award or no award, we won't be blogging in ...

Wish us luck, folks. We're going to New York today for the National Magazine Awards. It's the third nomination in the mag's history, all for General Excellence. We won back in 2003, and it'd be great to be singled out among the finest publications once again. 

Wish us luck, folks. We're going to New York today for the National Magazine Awards. It's the third nomination in the mag's history, all for General Excellence. We won back in 2003, and it'd be great to be singled out among the finest publications once again. 

Award or no award, we won't be blogging in the City. Expect very light posting Tuesday and Wednesday as the staff trickles back into DC. Our trusty researcher Davide Berretta will hold down the fort.

And for the record, I haven't been nominated for Excellence Online, that's another Jai Singh.
