Two high-profile divorce rulings from Britain's House of Lords today make the UK the most "'wife-friendly' divorce regime in Europe," according to the FT. Heather Mills McCartney stands to get some 200 million pounds when she officially splits with Sir Paul, though I suppose that's something of a special case and all. But I'm sure I would be a model British housewife, given that I own the first season of Nighty Night, one of the most brilliant BBC comedies in a long line of brilliant BBC comedies.
