Want to know how the dilemmas of exiting Iraq compare to the dilemmas of getting out of Vietnam? Catch Kurt Campbell, coauthor of the FP Memo: Endgame in Iraq from our July/Aug issue, on CNN’s “This Week at War” this weekend.

Campbell and his colleague at the Center for a New American Security, Shawn Brimley, came across the 40-year-old CIA memo and were struck by parallels so strong that when you cross out the word “Vietnam” and write “Iraq,” it still rings true today.

The show airs Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 1 p.m. following Wolf Blitzer’s “Late Edition.”
