Evgeny has written for FP before, most recently this article on Internet nationalism for the March/April issue. Passport readers will enjoy this piece for Slate, in which he infiltrates Russia’s hacker army during the August war with Georgia. He’s also a fellow at the Open Society Institute and co-creator of the amazing aggregator site Polymeme.
