  • Judith G. Garber, a career Foreign Service Officer currently serving as DAS for Europe and Eurasian Affairs, as ambassador to Latvia
  • David Killion, a Senior Professional Staff member of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, as ambassador to UNESCO
  • James Knight, a senior Foreign Service Officer currently serving as director of the State Department’s Office of East African Affairs, as ambassador to the Republic of Benin 
  • Karen Kornbluh, former policy director in then-Senator Obama’s Senate office, as permanent representative to the OECD
