While Secretary Clinton was busy this week with Honduras, Iran, and Uighurs, husband Bill was in Haiti for his $1/year job as U.N. special envoy to the Caribbean country. He arrived there Monday for a three-day trip in which he met government officials to discuss how the international community can help with efforts to prepare for hurricanes, create jobs, and improve social services.
