It was a year ago tomorrow (Oct. 28) that Dena Yllescas’ life was turned upside down when she was notified that her husband, Capt. Rob Yllescas, had been injured in Afghanistan by a roadside bomb. He died two months later. She and her daughters are in my thoughts and heart today.
