Secretary Clinton headed from Washington to New York today because her husband Bill required heart surgery. He was admitted to the Columbia campus of New York-Presbyterian Hospital after having chest pains and had two stents placed in one of his coronary arteries.
Secretary Clinton still plans on going on her Feb. 13-16 trip to Qatar and Saudi Arabia, though her departure for tomorrow afternoon could be delayed slightly.
