We are very pleased to welcome Will Tobey to Shadow Government's loyal opposition bench. Mr. Tobey has a distinguished record of public service focusing on nuclear proliferation and arms control. His arrival is exceptionally timely, as his inaugural post makes clear. The Obama administration has identified this area as one of their highest national security priorities and many of their initiatives are starting to reach the culmination point. There are few experts inside or outside of government with Tobey's experience or insight and so his commentary will be an important contribution to the public debate.
