We also learned today that Steve Walt’s post, "Why America is going to regret the Cordoba House controversy," was named best political blog post of the year in a contest hosted by 3 Quarks Daily and judged by Lewis Lapham. The former Harper’s editor describes the post as "A measured, thoughtful response to the religious intolerance that surrounded the "mosque" at ground zero."

Congratulations to Steve and sincere thanks to the editors and readers of RCW and 3 Quarks Daily. It’s been a great year.
