Now how about someone starting a reserve unit in Silicon Valley? Maybe even have it attached to the Joint Staff? Ideally they’d drill at 2 a.m. on Saturday mornings, wearing shorts and rock band T-shirts.

Recruiting could be a lot more imaginative than it is. Imagine, Civil War-style, offering to let someone lead the squad of cyberwarriors he or she recruits.
