And the Navy ousted the skipper of the USS Lake Erie, alleging poor command climate.

If only the Army were as transparent as the Navy and Marine Corps about its personnel moves.

The Saudis also had a leadership shakeup. New heir to throne, new foreign minister, etc. Dan Drezner wonders if something more is up.
