I’m interested in it because it argues that Churchill’s decision to attack the French fleet in July 1940 was a huge mistake. “The operation was a tactical failure and a political disaster that rendered the Mediterranean naval balance more hostile than it had been prior to the attack.”
Back in the days when the French were not an ally.
