The behavior of the CO of the USS Whirlwind was found to be disappropriate.

The behavior of the CO of the USS Whirlwind was found to be disappropriate.

It does seem to me that female skippers are relieved at a higher rate than male skippers. (But then I think the same thing is true in the civilian world.) Anyone studied this?
