That said, I worry that this will be the Military Lawyer Full Employment Act of 2015. And I think this puts a real load on NCOs of combat units.
On the other hand, I have been wrong before, and I hope I am again. I thought integration of openly gay service members would be more of a problem, especially for the Marine Corps, than it has been.
