The phrase “Hands up, don’t shoot” became a popular rallying cry in the wake of the 2014 killing of Michael Brown, an African American, by Darren Wilson, a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri. It’s now been co-opted by the one of the supporters of the anti-government Oregon occupiers to sell Legos.

The niece of LaVoy Finicum is auctioning off custom-made Legos meant to resemble the Arizona rancher, who was one of the leaders of the takeover of the Malheur National Wildlife Center and was killed in a shootout with police last month. Finicum’s niece, Jessica Fauth Edgar, is advertising the miniature on her Facebook page.
