Alexander B. Gray


Alexander B. Gray is a senior fellow at the American Foreign Policy Council. He served as the National Security Council’s (NSC) chief of staff from 2019 to 2021 and NSC director for Oceania and Indo-Pacific security from 2018 to 2019. He is currently writing a book on the history of U.S. strategy in Oceania.
