Anna Ohanyan is the Richard B. Finnegan distinguished professor of political science and international relations at Stonehill College. She is the author of Networked Regionalism as Conflict Management and editor of Russia Abroad: Driving Regional Fracture in Post-Communist Eurasia and Beyond.
