Christine Wormuth


Christine Wormuth is director of the Adrienne Arsht Center for Resilience at the Atlantic Council. She served as the undersecretary of defense for policy from 2014 to 2016. In that role, she was the principal advisor to the secretary of defense in the formulation of national security and defense policy, oversight of military operations, and in National Security Council deliberations. Wormuth also served as a deputy undersecretary of defense and as a senior director at the NSC.
