David A. Deptula


David A. Deptula is a retired U.S. Air Force lieutenant general who previously commanded the joint force air component war-fighting headquarters of Pacific Command, served as vice commander of Pacific Air Forces, was stationed in Japan from 1979 to 1983 as an F-15 pilot, and is currently the dean of the Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies.
