Emadeddin Badi is a nonresident senior fellow at the Middle East Program of the Atlantic Council, specializing in conflict, development nonstate actors, and governance in the Middle East and North Africa. He has worked extensively on Libya’s transition with multiple development and international organizations, as well as research institutions, since 2015.
