Jaime Aparicio-Otero


Jaime Aparicio-Otero is the permanent representative of Bolivia to the Organization of American States. Previously, he was the ambassador of Bolivia to the United States. Since 2006, he has been an envoy on special missions for former U.S. President Jimmy Carter on issues related to monitoring elections and political conflict resolution in Nicaragua and Ecuador.
