Rajan Menon is the Anne and Bernard Spitzer chair of international relations at the City College of New York’s Colin Powell School, a senior research scholar at the Arnold A. Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies at Columbia University, and director of the grand strategy program at Defense Priorities.
