Robert D. Atkinson


Robert D. Atkinson is the founder and president of the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation as well as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service. He has served in advisory roles in the Clinton, George W. Bush, Obama, Trump, and Biden administrations and is the author of four books, including Innovation Economics: The Race for Global Advantage.
