and social scientist at the RAND Corporation. Dalia Dassa Kaye is a senior political
scientist and associate director of the Center for Middle East Public Policy at
the RAND Corporation. They are co-authors of the recent monograph "Barriers to the Broad
Dissemination of Creative Works in the Arab World."
