Vladimir Milov
Vladimir Milov is a Russian opposition politician, publicist, economist, and energy expert, and an economic advisor to the Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny. In the 1990s and 2000s, Milov held multiple governmental roles including deputy minister of energy (2002), advisor to the minister of energy (2001-2002), and head of the strategy department at the Federal Energy Commission, the natural monopoly regulator (1999-2001).
