The computer room of the Biblioteca España, the ultramodern library designed by Colombian architect Giancarlo Mazzanti. The centerpiece of the Fajardo administration's social urbanism-informed policies, the library is located in the poor Medellín barrio of Santo Domingo, and has turned part of the one-time slum into a popular tourism destination, complete with shops and cafés.
