Emily Harwell is an advisor to Forest Trends and partner at Natural Capital Advisors. She is a human rights investigator and also served as a natural resource expert to the U.N. Panel of Experts on Liberia and lead consultant on the World Bank’s Forests and Fragile States initiative.
