Douglas Lute

Douglas Lute was U.S. ambassador to NATO from 2013 to 2017. He served in the White House under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama, is a retired Army lieutenant general, and is currently a senior fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs.
