Celeste A. Wallander
Celeste Wallander is an associate professor at American
University's School of International Service and a transatlantic fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States. From May 2009 to July 2012, she
served as U.S. deputy assistant secretary of defense for Russia, Ukraine, and
Eurasia.
