Dr. Elizabeth Buchanan is a lecturer of strategic studies at Deakin University in Australia, delivering the Defence and Strategic Studies Course (DSSC) at the Australian War College. She is a nonresident fellow of the Modern War Institute at the U.S. Military Academy.
