Jane Harman
Jane Harman is the chair of the Commission on the National Defense Strategy. Harman served nine terms as a representative from California and was the ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee from 2002 to 2006. From 2011 to 2021, she was director, president, and CEO of the Wilson Center.
