John Yoo
John Yoo is
a law professor at the University of California, Berkeley, and a visiting
scholar at the American Enterprise Institute. Robert Delahunty is an associate professor at the University of
St. Thomas's School of Law in Minneapolis. Both served
in the U.S. Justice Department under President George W. Bush.
