Joseph Holliday

Joseph Holliday is a fellow
at the Institute for the Study of War, and the author of a number of reports on
the Syrian conflict, most recently "The Assad Regime:
From Counterinsurgency to Civil War." He served as a U.S. Army infantry
officer in Baghdad, Iraq, and as an intelligence officer in Kunar Province,
Afghanistan.
