Juan Carlos Zarate
Juan Carlos Zarate served as deputy national
security advisor for combating terrorism from 2005 to 2009. He was a prosecutor
in the terrorism and violent crime section of the Justice Department during
Bill Clinton's administration. He is now a senior advisor to the Center for
Strategic and International Studies.
