Jahara Matisek
Lt. Col. Jahara “Franky” Matisek is a U.S. Air Force command pilot, nonresident research fellow at the U.S. Naval War College and the Payne Institute for Public Policy, and a visiting scholar at Northwestern University. He has published over 150 hundred articles on strategy and warfare.
