Marko Prelec
Marko Prelec is an independent analyst and former director of International Crisis Group’s Balkans Project. He was the founding executive director of the Balkans Policy Research Group and worked in the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
