Merve Kavakci
Merve Kavakci is a lecturer on culture and international affairs at the
Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University
in Washington, D.C. She is the author of Basortusuz Demokrasi (Scarfless Democracy) (Istanbul: Timas Publications, 2004).
