Mike Moore
Mike Moore was the director general of the WTO from 1999 to 2002 and served as prime minister of New Zealand in 1990. He is author of A World Without Walls: Freedom, Development, Free Trade and Global Governance (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 2003).
