Mohsen Farshneshani


Mohsen Farshneshani is a U.S. economic sanctions attorney for DAWN’s sanctions nomination initiative. He is also the principal attorney at the Sanctions Law Center, a boutique law firm in Washington. In his legal practice, he specializes in U.S. economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control and issues including compliance, licensing, enforcement, and Specially Designated Nationals List matters. He holds a J.D. from Howard University School of Law, where he focused on international trade.
