Roger F. Noriega
Roger F. Noriega was ambassador to the Organization of
American States from 2001-2003 and Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs from 2001-05. He is a visiting fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, and his firm Visión Américas represents U.S. and foreign clients.
