Scott R. Anderson


Scott R. Anderson is a fellow in governance studies at Brookings, general counsel and a senior editor at Lawfare, and a non-resident senior fellow in the National Security Law Program at Columbia Law School. He was previously an attorney-adviser with the U.S. State Department and a legal advisor for the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad from 2012 to 2013.
