Christopher Faulkner is an assistant professor of national security affairs in the College of Distance Education of the U.S. Naval War College and a senior nonresident fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. He is a co-author of the forthcoming book Moscow’s Mercenaries: The Rise and Fall of the Wagner Group.
