Franz-Stefan Gady is an associate fellow for cyber power and future conflict at the International Institute for Strategic Studies, an adjunct senior fellow for defense at the Center for a New American Security, and the author of Die Rückkehr des Krieges: Warum wir wieder lernen müssen, mit Krieg umzugehen (The Return of War: Why We Must Relearn How to Deal With War).
