Jérôme Tubiana is an adviser on refugee issues for Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders). He has covered conflicts in Sudan and Chad for more than 20 years as a researcher and author of various articles and books, including Guantánamo Kid: The True Story of Mohammed El-Gharani.
