Norman Ishimwe Sinamenye is a Rwandan affairs analyst and the president of Jambo Asbl, a Brussels-based Rwandan human rights organization. He is also one of the co-founders of All For Rwanda, an international movement dedicated to supporting, protecting, and developing a dignified solution for the return of Rwandan refugees to Rwanda.
