Paul Collier


Paul Collier is a professor of economics and public policy at Oxford University’s Blavatnik School of Government, a director of the International Growth Centre, a former director of development research at the World Bank, and the author of numerous books on development, including, most recently, Left Behind: A New Economics of Neglected Places.
